Nancy Chen
Business Development and Strategic Planning

Nancy has accumulated close to 20 years of experience working for leading global financial institutions and corporations. She started her career with KPMG and subsequently worked for The Prudential Insurance Company of America in New York under various capacities. In 1994, Nancy joined the acquisition team of Prudential's private-equity arm in Hong Kong where she participated in regional deals which incubated many successful companies.

In 1996, Nancy joined the New Zealand-based Fletcher Challenge Group and was responsible for the negotiation of its joint-ventures and investor relations in Asia with a focus on China, before moving to the leading multi-media group - Sony Pictures Entertainment as its Regional Director of Finance between 1999 and 2002. Nancy acquired extensive experiences and connections in the financial field throughout the years. She is also a successful founder of various business ventures in China.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghai dialect.

Cindy Xin
Managing Director

Cindy has rich experience in direct investment and investor relations areas. Prior to joining Elite IR, Cindy worked in investor relations, transaction communications and corporate communications at Citigate Dewe Rogerson. The transactions she worked on include Hong Kong's largest privatization program and the world's largest IPO of a REIT, a US$17.8 billion international acquisition and some other mergers and acquisitions. She also advised on investor relations and corporate communications for insurance companies and banks in Asia Pacific area. Prior to that, she worked as a project manager in Beijing to identify and analyze investment opportunities for a local automobile company.

Cindy holds a BA in English from Renmin University of China and a MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is a CFA Charter holder. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and has basic proficiency in Japanese.

Jonathan Kiu
Vice President

Prior to joining Elite IR, Jonathan has worked for a number of years in several investment banks and gained extensive experience in the area of corporate finance.? His past experience includes involvement in corporate finance activities of listed and unlisted companies (including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and divestures), and various fund raising exercises (including initial public offerings, placing and rights issues).? Jonathan holds a Master of Business degree from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Melbourne, Australia.
