Nancy Chen
Founder

Nancy has accumulated close to 20 years of experience working for leading global financial institutions and corporations. She started her career with KPMG and subsequently worked for The Prudential Insurance Company of America in New York under various capacities. In 1994, Nancy joined the acquisition team of Prudential's private-equity arm in Hong Kong where she participated in regional deals which incubated many successful companies.

In 1996, Nancy joined the New Zealand-based Fletcher Challenge Group and was responsible for the negotiation of its joint-ventures and investor relations in Asia with a focus on China, before moving to the leading multi-media group - Sony Pictures Entertainment as its Regional Director of Finance between 1999 and 2002. Nancy acquired extensive experiences and connections in the financial field throughout the years.  She is also a successful founder of various business ventures in China.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghai dialect.

John Marco
Senior Partner (USA)

Prior to joining Elite IR USA, Mr. Marco worked for CCG Elite for three years as a market intelligence officer. He worked with Asian-based, U.S. listed clients helping to evaluate, analyze and shape shareholder composition through sophisticated investor targeting techniques. Prior to working at CCG Elite, Mr. Marco worked for 15 years as an investment advisor for high net worth individuals and managed private company pension plans at Morgan Stanley and UBS. He holds a Series 7 securities license and formerly held a life and health insurance license in the state of California. Mr. Marco earned his BA in Communications from the State University of New York at Albany. He joins Elite IR as a Senior Partner and Account Executive overseeing all market intelligence activities. Mr. Marco is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Leslie Richardson
Senior Partner (USA)

Leslie has over 15 years of investment management and equity research experience. Prior to joining Elite IR, she worked for CCG Elite assisting Asian-based, U.S. listed clients formulate key communication strategies. Ms. Richardson began her investment career at U.S. Trust Company then went on to join Odyssey Advisors as a portfolio manager and director of research. As an equity analyst, Ms. Richardson specialized in high growth sectors such as bio-tech, alternative energy, IT and telecommunications.  She earned her M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Ms. Richardson joins Elite IR as a Senior Partner and Account Executive managing the investor relations programs for Asian-based, U.S. listed clients. Ms. Richardson is based in Hong Kong.
